FutureSoft’s DynaComm Connectivity Series (DCS) and MultiView products provide comprehensive, flexible and scalable Windows® terminal emulation solutions that deliver maximum return on investment for server or mainframe-based systems. FutureSoft is also the developer of the endpoint security DynaComm i:series product suite, which is no longer available since the acquisition of DynaComm i:filter by Microsoft.

 

Management Team

 

Tim Farrell - CEO & Co-Chairman

Mr. Farrell has been in computer business for thirty years, as an engineer, author and highly successful entrepreneur. He co-founded FutureSoft in 1982, providing communications software for the earliest versions of Windows (including the second commercially available product on that operating system.)

Mr. Farrell's experience in engineering and business has enabled FutureSoft to forge highly successful partnerships with industry leaders such as Microsoft, HP, Compaq, NCR and AT&T. He has retained a leadership role in the company since inception, and remains committed to FutureSoft's core vision of providing advanced and robust technology for security and communications within the enterprise.

 

Guy Rumple - Vice President of Development

Mr. Rumple has served in several technology-related positions with FutureSoft since 1995. In addition to Development, he currently directs Quality Assurance Testing, Integration, Documentation, and Information Technology Services. Before joining FutureSoft, Mr. Rumple was involved in network management technology with SCADA Software where he worked in the production of customized control systems for the electric utilities and gas/oil pipeline industries.

 

Claire Shaw - Director of Business Development UK & Europe

Claire has spent 15 years in software solution sales and proactive marketing of the emulation technology throughout the UK. More recent years have been spent building a security business for FutureSoft with the DynaComm i:filter technology prior to this product being acquired by Microsoft. Claire is now actively involved in managing FutureSoft's emulation business, growing market share with the DynaComm Point Guard technology and building channel relationships throughout the UK, Europe, Africa & Asia.

 

Mark Stevenson - Channel Sales Manager

After graduating from Texas A&M with a Business Degree in Business Analysis, Mark has spent the last 15 years designing, selling and in some cases implementing technology solutions in the SMB space. Prior to joining Futuresoft, Mark spent the last 5 years working for Southway Systems where he was heavily involved with designing and selling Microsoft infrastructure solutions combined with best of “breed security” solutions.
