FutureSoft Updates Enterprise E-mail Filter

FutureSoft, Inc. today announced the release of DynaComm i:mail 3.1, the company's enterprise e-mail and spam filtering solution.

This latest release includes significant enhancements to further strengthen the ability of Systems Administrators to manage e-mail traffic within their organization. Enhanced filtering options allow Systems Administrators to block or allow messages and to manage rich media e-mail more effectively.

The highly advanced rules engine of Version 3.1 allows for even more granular rule specifications as well as easier rule creation and configuration. Attachment security has also been significantly improved with the addition of file type identification based on native file format. Systems Administrators can now easily track and filter files as they enter or leave the organization, regardless of how the sender has named them.

In addition to the other improvements, DynaComm i:mail’s sophisticated reporting engine has also been further enhanced to allow instant scheduling of any of the pre-defined and custom reports, making it even easier to report on e-mail traffic usage across the organization.
