FutureSoft Poises for Rapid Growth with Sales & Marketing Team Expansion

HOUSTON, TX-February 18, 2008

FutureSoft, Inc. today announced that it has restructured and expanded its sales and marketing team in anticipation of record growth in 2008. New appointments include the promotion of Linda Wise to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the addition of Mark Stevenson as Channel Sales Manager, and the addition of Bill Gernant as Account Manager, Security Products. A new position of Customer Relationship Manager has also been created to further nurture the company’s existing relationships with its 30,000 + customers worldwide.

The 25-year-old international software company, which initially made its mark as a leader in the terminal emulation business, expanded into the information security arena eight years ago. Since the sale of its i:filter product to Microsoft in 2005, FutureSoft has focused its development efforts on its endpoint management and security software DynaComm PointGuard, which launched in August 2007.

FutureSoft Co-Founder and CEO Tim Farrell said his anticipation of record growth this year is due to the expanded capabilities in the latest version of DynaComm PointGuard, due out to market in March 2008, and the new Microsoft Vista certification for FutureSoft’s emulation products, DynaComm Connectivity Series (DCS) and MultiView.

“FutureSoft’s success has been based upon our commitment to providing both solid technology products and outstanding service,” Farrell said. “Our sales and marketing expansion is reflective of that commitment. With our new sales and marketing organization and our expanded programs, we are more equipped than ever to build business value for our customers and our channel partners.”
